Azazel noticed that his eyes glittered like the stars in the darkest night sky when he stood up. She was completely taken by him!

Antonio smiled wide, “Goddess.”

She quickly pulled his face closer to hers and kissed him passionately. He wrapped his arms around her waist, kissing her deeply. The two were lost in their embrace.

Azazel was the first to pull back and breathlessly asked, “How long do you have?”

Antonio smiled and started to lean in again as he whispered, “As long as you’ll have me.”

He pulled her face to his, and Azazel jumped up, wrapping her legs around his waist as he moved his hands under her, supporting her effortlessly. He carried her to her bed and moved on top of her as the two lost themselves to each other in lust.

She could feel his heart pumping blood, and how strong his life essence was; Azazel suddenly felt the hunger start to bubble from the deepest parts of her stomach. As Antonio kissed her clavicle, Azazel pushed him off with her foot.

“No!” she screamed breathlessly, and they looked at each other.

Antonio was on the floor, staring up at her. As he stood up, he adjusted himself, and Azazel could see that he was trying to figure out what just happened.

She reached for him, but he took a step back as he said, “I need to leave, Goddess. I do apologize.”

He bowed and went to walk away before she grabbed his hand.

“No, Antonio, it’s not you.” She tried to find the right words so she wouldn’t scare him, but he had already walked halfway across the room, wanting to leave. Azazel rushed off the bed to grab him, and he turned to her.

“I don’t need to come back; this may have been a mistake.” He excused himself and left her standing in her room.

Azazel watched him leave and realized that he was probably embarrassed. She grew angry and rushed to the door, screaming for Mulligan. Pacing from one side to the other, Mulligan seemed to take an eternity to reach her. Finally, she heard a knock on the door, and she beckoned for him to come in. Mulligan sheepishly entered the room and scanned the area as if he expected to see a body on the floor.

“Yes, Goddess? What can I help you with?”

Azazel stopped pacing to look at him. “Bring me the most insignificant servant we have, NOW!” She watched the color drain from his face as she walked closer to him. When he didn’t instantly leave, she shouted again. “I said, fetch the most low-life servant we have in this palace, or would you like to take their place?” she hissed.

Mulligan was frightened. He wasn’t staring at his ethereal goddess; he was staring at a black-eyed being with taunt pale skin and wild hair. He could see her veins prominently, and her muscles looked like they were decaying. Mulligan quickly left the room, wanting to put as much distance between himself and Azazel as possible.

While she waited, Azazel fumed.
